By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or engaging Bridal Beauty Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) for makeup and styling services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services and Booking

We provide professional bridal makeup and related styling services including, but not limited to, HD and airbrush makeup, traditional bridal looks, reception/engagement makeup, family makeup, and hair styling add-ons. A booking request submitted through our website is a request only; confirmation is subject to availability and our acceptance.

Payments

If an advance payment is requested to secure your date, the booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed amount. Remaining payment terms, if any, will be communicated to you.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling requests should be communicated as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require an updated timeline. Any advance paid may be non-refundable depending on how close to the appointment/event date the request is made.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate details (date/time, venue/location, contact info, service requirements).
• Inform us in advance about allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions that may affect product use.
• Arrive on time (or ensure on-time access for home/venue service, where applicable).

Health and Hygiene

For safety and hygiene, we reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the service would be unsafe, including in cases of contagious illness or conditions that may be aggravated by makeup application.

Photos and Promotion

Unless you object in writing before your appointment, we may request to use a limited selection of images (before/after) for portfolio and marketing. We will not share sensitive information. If you prefer not to be featured, please let us know in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services or this website will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law
